Helperby and the Helperby Estate
The Helperby Estate has existed for over 200 years in and around the village of Helperby in North Yorkshire. The village of Helperby sits on the banks of the river Swale and was founded over 1000 years ago by Viking settlers sailing inland. The flat land of the Vale of York has over the years been an important agricultural area and serves as the main north-south transport corridor for Northern England.

The Helperby Estate also hosts local facilities such as the playing field, sports associations and angling club.
